Charles T. Cooper, Jr., 91, of Chattanooga, died on January 13, 2014.

Charles was a registered nurse at Hillsborough County Hospital.  He was a member of the East Bay Church of God in Gibsonton, Fl.  Charles served our country in the U.S. Army during War War II.

Charles was preceded in death by his mother and father, Myrtle and Charles T. Cooper Sr., brother, Thomas Bernard Cooper, sisters, Katherine Cooper, Irene Roark,  Jo Ann Cooper, Juanita Jordan, Mearl Coots, and Ruth Cates.                


Charles is survived by his sisters, Evelyn (Hoyt) Branham, Pearl Gentry.                  


The family will receive friends from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 18, at the North Chapel.


Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 18, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with the Rev. Don Glenn officiating. Burial will be at the Lakewood East Cemetery.



Arrangements are by Chattanooga Funeral Home Crematory and Florist, North Chapel, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, Tn. 37343.
