The Rev,. Betsy Kammerdiener, chaplain at Memorial Hospital, will be the guest speaker on Sunday, for Christian Education for Adults at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 805 West 7th St. The meeting will begin at 9:15 a.m. in Huckabay Hall. When the subject of death is avoided around a dying person, it is usually because of denial or protection. We will explore meaningful conversations we can have with the dying that will help us all live more fully.
The Music at St. Paul's Artist Series on Friday, Jan.
24 at 7:30 p.m. will feature Adam Hayes, trumpet, Joel Treybig, trumpet, and Andrew Risinger, organ. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students. A reception will follow. The concert will include works by Jean Thilde, Johann Pagel, John Hingeston, Samuel Ducommun and Bernard Keol and the world premiere of Lux et Lapis.
