Nick Andrew Humphrey, age 43, of 43 Andrew Road Ringgold, GA was arrested January 10, 2014 for two counts of Aggravated Stalking, Burglary 1st Degree and two counts of Criminal Trespass. No bond has been set. Humphrey remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Stacy Marie Kirby, age 36, of 12 Van Cleeve Street Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested January 10, 2014 for Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers and Probation Violation for Battery (FVA). No bond has been set. Kirby remains incarcerated at CCDC.

William Parker Lynn, age 34, of 453 Woods Road Ringgold, GA was arrested January 10, 2014 for two counts of Aggravated Assault, Reckless Conduct Causing Harm to or Endangering the Safety of Another, Cruelty to Children 3rd Degree and Contempt of Court – Child Support. James Ryan Watts, age 26, of 318 Catoosa Street Rossville, GA was arrested January 10, 2014 for Probation Violation for Possession of Schedule II Drugs with Intent to Distribute. No bond has been set. Watts remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Joel Anthony Armstrong, age 32, of 52 Rock Haven Lane Chickamauga, GA was arrested January 11, 2014 for Probation Violation for Theft by Bringing Stolen Property into State. No bond has been set. Armstrong remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Steven Taylor Garren, age 22, of 40 Ridgeway Circle Ringgold, GA was arrested January 11, 2014 for Probation Violation for three counts of Entering an Auto. No bond has been set. Garren remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Anthony Lamar Raines, age 24, of 354 Pierce Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested January 11, 2014 for Probation Violation for Aggravated Assault and Criminal Trespass. No bond has been set. Raines remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Daniel Matthew Williams, age 29, of 619 Layfield Road East Ridge, TN was arrested January 11, 2014 for Probation Violation for Theft by Taking. No bond has been set. Williams remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Gregory Scott Clark, age 41, of 4656 W Love Road Chickamauga, GA was arrested January 12, 2014 for Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz, Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Bond Surrenders for two counts of Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Schedule II Drugs with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Windshield Violation and Hold for Walker County Sheriff’s Office. Kristie Deverne McLean, age 26, of 224 Bowman Lane Sequatchie, TN was arrested January 12, 2014 for Probation Violation for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. No bond has been set. McLean remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kimberly Alice Walker, age 33, of 12 Eagle Landing Flintstone, GA was arrested January 12, 2014 for Probation Violation for Criminal Attempt to Commit Forgery. Walker was released with probation being reinstated.

Don Tanner Bowman, age 22, of 137 Worley Road Ringgold, GA was arrested January 13, 2014 for Probation Violation for Forgery 1st Degree. No bond has been set. Bowman remains incarcerated at CCDC.
