Two New Studies Begin Sunday At Signal Mountain Baptist

A new ladies' book study will begin on Sunday, at 7 p.m. at Signal Mountain Baptist Church, 939 Ridgeway Ave. 

The book will be "Overcoming Emotions That Destroy" by Chip Ingram. The 10-week study is based on the New Testament book of James and will include practical biblical tools to express your anger appropriately and deal with those who express their anger toward you.

Dr. Steven Wright will speak at the 11 a.m. worship service on Sunday, on "The Blessed Gospel Light," with text from Isaiah 9:1-4.
On Wednesday at 6 p.m. Dr. Wright will begin a four-week study on "Facing the Unknown," a study of how to experience Abraham-living in the 21st Century.
