Book Sale At Northgate Mall Is Feb. 22-March 1

Friends of the Library book sale has returned to Northgate Mall for one of their sales in 2014. Proceeds from the Friends of the Library book sales support various programs for the Chattanooga Public Library. One of the goals this year is to help support the second floor projects for Teens and Tweens as well as the children’s programs.

The book sale will be Feb. 22-March 1, Monday-Saturday from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. and Sunday from 12-6 p.m.  It will be held at Northgate Mall (old Pro Golf storefront) at the outside entrance of the mall facing toward Michael’s near where the new Old Navy store is located.


Nancy Ward Chapter DAR Active Across The State

Museum Of Flight Has Crowdfunding To Acquire F-14 Tomcat

The Museum of Flight at the Richard B. Russell airport in Rome, Ga. is currently trying to acquire an F-14 Tomcat from the Virginia Aviation Museum in Richmond. An eyewitness to a murder told a Criminal Court jury that a man in the back seat of her boyfriend's car told another youth to shoot the boyfriend.
