Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for Jan. 17-23. According to Sheriff Gary Sisk, officers and detectives answered 1,448 calls. 88 were booked on a total of 175 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Sisk reported that in addition to answering 1,448 calls, the following felony arrests were made:

Geneva Kay Dover, age 33, of 4300 9th Avenue Chattanooga, TN was arrested January 17, 2014 for Probation Violation for Possession of Schedule II Drugs with Intent to Distribute. Dover was released with probation being reinstated.

Anthony Joseph Lopez, age 34, of 802 Oglethorpe Ridge Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested January 17, 2014 for Probation Violation for Possession of Schedule IV Drugs and Possession of Marijuana. No bond has been set. Lopez remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Bridgette Nicole Kilgore, age 22, of 718 Cherokee Trail Rossville, GA was arrested January 17, 2014 for Probation Violation for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Opiates. Kilgore was released with probation reinstated.

Michael Chase Chapman, age 22, of 411 Rolling Hills Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested January 18, 2014 for Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz, Probation Violation for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs and Possession of Drug Related Objects and Probation Violation for Criminal Damage to Property 2nd Degree and Underage Possession or Consumption of Alcohol. No bond has been set. Chapman remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Carl David Higdon, age 43, of 135 Sherwood Forest Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested January 18, 2014 for a Bond Surrender for Theft by Shoplifting, Hold for Walker County Sheriff’s Office and Hold for Dade County Sheriff’s Office. Higdon was released on $5,000 bond and turned over to Walker County Sheriff’s Office.

Nicholas Cole Flowers, age 17, of 1790 Holcomb Road Ringgold, GA was arrested January 19, 2014 for Theft by Shoplifting. Flowers was released on $2,500 bond.

Kelly Eugene Wilkes, age 58, of 70 Glade Road Rossville, GA was arrested January 19, 2014 for Terroristic Threats and Acts. Wilkes was released on $5,000 bond.

Joseph Dewayne Fowler, age 42, of 8434 Ooltewah Pike Cleveland, TN was arrested January 20, 2014 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime. Bond has been set at $8,500. Fowler remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kacey Deon Lewis, age 38, of 3805 Memphis Drive Chattanooga, TN was arrested January 20, 2014 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime. Bond has been set at $8,500. Lewis remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Keith Christopher Lewis, age 41, of 3805 Memphis Drive Chattanooga, TN was arrested January 20, 2014 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime. Bond has been set at $8,500. Lewis remains incarcerated at CCDC

Kacy Mikale Bembry, age 23, of 14 Corley Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested January 21, 2014 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Possession of Ephedrine, Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property and Possession of Sawed-Off Shotgun, Machine Gun, Silencer, etc. Bond has been set at $28,000. Bembry remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Amanda Page Bivens, age 38, of 14 Corley Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested January 21, 2014 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Possession of Ephedrine, Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property and Possession of Sawed-Off Shotgun, Machine Gun, Silencer, etc. and Probation Violation for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs. No bond has been set. Bivens remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Hugh Don Dickson, age 62, of 1205 Bruin Lane Rossville, GA was arrested January 21, 2014 for Terroristic Threats and Acts and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs. Dickson was released on $6,000 bond.

Timothy Scott Green, age 46, of 14 Corley Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested January 21, 2014 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Possession of Ephedrine, Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property and Possession of Sawed-Off Shotgun, Machine Gun, Silencer, etc. Green was released on $28,000 bond.

Stephanie Leigh Hartsfield, age 25, of 112 Haven Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested January 21, 2014 for a Bench Warrant for Possession of Schedule I Drug. Hartsfield was released with the warrant being vacated.

Timothy Lee Henry, age 26, of 14 Corley Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested January 21, 2014 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Possession of Ephedrine, Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of Sawed-Off Shotgun, Machine Gun, Silencer, etc. and Hold for Hamilton County, TN Sheriff’s Office. No bond has been set. Henry remains incarcerated at CCDC.

William Roy Reynolds, age 32, of 106 Wickley Road Chattanooga, TN  was arrested January 21, 2014 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Possession of Ephedrine, Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property and Possession of Sawed-Off Shotgun, Machine Gun, Silencer, etc. Bond has been set at $28,000. Reynolds remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jason Andrew Robinson, age 33, of 554 Flagstone Drive Rossville, GA was arrested January 21, 2014 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Possession of Ephedrine, Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of Sawed-Off Shotgun, Machine Gun, Silencer, etc. and Giving False Name or Address to Law Enforcement Officers. Bond has been set at $30,500. Robinson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Matthew Logan Ryan, age 25, of 154 Hill Street Ringgold, GA was arrested January 21, 2014 for Probation Violation for Criminal Interference with Government Property. No bond has been set. Ryan remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Dustin Jeroum Moore, age 21, of 799 Swanson Road Ringgold, GA was arrested January 21, 2014 for Probation Violation for Theft by Shoplifting, Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz and Underage Possession of Consumption of Alcohol. No bond has been set. Moore remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Tiffany Nicole Oliver, age 23, of 5341 Oakdale Avenue East Ridge, TN was arrested January 21, 2014 for Probation Violation for Cruelty to Children and Criminal Trespass. No bond has been set. Oliver remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Forest Blake Holland, age 20, of 3 Dogwood Drive Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested January 22, 2014 for Probation Violation for Entering an Auto. No bond has been set. Holland remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Tiffany Diane Farrior, age 30, of 1512 Swope Drive East Ridge, TN was arrested January 23, 2014 for Forgery 1st Degree. Farrior was released on $3,500 bond.

Jennifer Lynn Jackman, age 30, of 150 Milton Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested January 23, 2014 for Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Drugs to be kept in Original Container and Theft by Shoplifting. Bond has been set at $9,000. Jackman remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Christopher Blake Kendall, age 27, of 170 Boxer Lane Rock Springs, GA was arrested January 23, 2014 for Aggravated Assault. No bond has been set. Kendall remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Heath Alexander McAdams, age 29, of 2536 Little Refuge Road Waleska, GA was arrested January 23, 2014 for a Bench Warrant for Theft by Taking. No bond has been set. McAdams remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jeremy Wade Palmer, age 36, of 172 Blevins Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested January 23, 2014 for Parole Violation for Statutory Rape, Child Molestation, two counts of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs. No bond has been set. Palmer remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kristine Michelle Scott, age 33, of 3807 Atlanta Drive Chattanooga, TN was arrested January 23, 2014 for Theft by Shoplifting. Bond has been set at $2,500. Scott remains incarcerated at CCDC.



Disgarded Cigarette Causes Fire In Dallas Bay Home

Fire damaged a home in the Dallas Bay area Tuesday night. Paige Abernathy, the homeowner smelled smoke and found a trash can in the garage on fire. She called 911 around 11 p.m. reporting a garage fire at her residence. The Dallas Bay Volunteer Fire Department responded to 9411 West Ridge Trail and reported smoke coming from the garage. Lomnik Arrested For Kenyon Road Shooting

A Chattanooga man was arrested after police said he followed a man in his car and blocked him in on Kenyon Road while another man began shooting at the man's vehicle. When police arrived, Antoine Greenhill said five or six shots had been fired at him. Police noted that his tires had been shot out and that one bullet had hit the driver side door.
