Encouraged By The Bus Stop Kids Story

Friday, January 24, 2014

What a breath of fresh air this morning to hear a news story on Good Morning Chattanooga about a couple who are providing hot food, clothing and leadership to children who catch the school bus near their home.  I have forgotten their names, but after hearing nothing good about our neighborhoods and hearing of young children being shot, it swells one’s heart to see someone stepping up to the plate and trying in a albeit small way to show kindness and respect for mankind.

Maybe we should feel ashamed of not doing our own part to make the world a better place to live.

May God richly bless this couple, and may we be encouraged to follow their lead in some significant way.

The Tyner-Notre Dame football game finally ended early Saturday morning.
