Man Shot And Killed At East Lake Courts After Argument With Another Man

A man was shot and killed at East Lake Courts on Tuesday night after an argument with another man.

At approximately 6:44 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to 2753 6th Ave on a shots fired call. Upon arrival, police located the victim, Rafael White, suffering from a gunshot wound.    

EMS responded to the scene and transported the 25-year-old victim to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.  

Prior to White being shot, he was in an argument with Rodney Jennings, police said.  Because of evidence collected and information gathered, Chattanooga Police Major Crime Detectives are seeking warrants for the arrest of Jennings. Jennings is 27.


Police also responded at 7:50 p.m. to 3440 Wilcox Blvd.on a shots fired call.

Girl Robbed At Gunpoint By Former Boyfriend
