East Ridge SDA Church Hosts Forks Over Knives Documentary Jan. 23, 25

A free viewing of the 2011 documentary "Forks Over Knives" will be held Thursday, Jan. 23, at 7 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 25, at 7 p.m.  The viewing will take place at the East Ridge SDA Church, 2105 Dabney Dr. in East Ridge.

Review for Forks Over Knives:

"This film will give an up-close look at the American diet and how it causes disease. Learn how to prevent or reverse obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and even cancer."
