Chattanooga Area Gets Little Snow, Roads Being Salted Due To Frigid Temperatures

Snow mainly bypassed Hamilton County, though there were patches of snow and ice in the higher elevations. Roads were clear in Bradley County.

TDOT was salting all roads due to frigid temperatures. A low of around four degrees was expected for Monday night with a wind chill effect of minus 15 degrees.

Some forecasts over the weekend had predicted up to three inches of snow for Chattanooga.

I-24 and I-75 were clear.
