Catoosa County Arrest Report For Dec. 27-Jan. 6

Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for Dec. 27-Jan. 6. According to Sheriff Gary Sisk, officers and detectives answered 1,066 calls. 72 were booked on a total of 145 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Sisk reported that in addition to answering 1,066 calls, the following felony arrests were made:

Brittini Marie Gillespie, age 26, of 3027 Roundtree Blvd Ypsilanti, MI was arrested December 27, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Marijuana Less 1 oz, Driving under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, Weaving and Failure to Signal Lane Change or Turn. Gillespie was released on $11,000 bond.

Edward Lee Trusky, age 33, of 4400 White Oak Drive Hiwassee, GA was arrested December 27, 2013 for Probation Violation for Attempt to Commit Child Molestation and Computer Pornography. No bond has been set. Trusky remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Brittany Sue Hicks, age 23, of 51 White Raw Road Rossville, GA was arrested December 28, 2013 for Theft by Conversion. Hicks was released on $5,000 bond.

Justin Nunn McCombs, age 29, of 1725 Sun Crest Lane Hixson, TN was arrested December 28, 2013 for Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Drugs to be kept in Original Container and Driving under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs. McCombs was released on $9,100 bond.

Cameron Lewis Prince, age 25, of 588 Cline Street NW Resaca, GA was arrested December 28, 2013 for Probation Violation for Entering an Auto and Theft by Shoplifting. No bond has been set. Prince remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Edward Luke Summey Jr., age 36, of 820 Graysville Road Ringgold, GA was arrested December 29, 2013 for Probation Violation for Possession of Narcotic Opiates. No bond has been set. Summey remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Clara Renee Binkley, age 42, of 92 Ernest Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested December 30, 2013 for Battery (FVA), Criminal Trespass (FVA), Bond Surrenders for Aggravated Assault and two counts of Terroristic Threats and Acts. Bond has been set at $10,500. Binkley remains incarcerated at CCDC.

James Walter Jones, age 31, of 605 Hargraves Avenue Chattanooga, TN was arrested December 30, 2013 for Probation Violation for Possession of Cocaine. No bond has been set. Jones remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Craig Dewayne Keef, age 28, of 584 Pine Grove Access Ringgold, GA was arrested December 30, 2013 for Cruelty to Children 1st Degree. Keef was released on $5,000 bond.

Shannon Matthew Bennett, age 35, of 606 Rains Circle Summerville, GA was arrested December 31, 2013 for Theft by Taking. Bennett was released on $5,000 bond.

Catherine Lynn Gass, age 42, of 4300 7th Avenue Chattanooga, TN was arrested December 31, 2013 for Forgery 1st Degree. Bond has been set at $3,500. Gass remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Charles Floyd Womble, age 39, of 34 Freddy Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested December 31, 2013 for Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers and Probation Violation for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. No bond has been set. Womble remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Christopher Raymond Wooten, age 23, of 574 Pinewood Circle Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested December 31, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Probation Violation for Theft by Taking. No bond has been set. Wooten remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kelvin Ryan Garner, age 26, of 32 Heppner Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested January 01, 2014 for Criminal Attempt at Rape, False Imprisonment, Burglary 1st Degree, Sexual Battery, Battery, Obstruction or Hindering a 911 Call and Disorderly Conduct. No bond has been set. Garner remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Antwaine Renardus Grayson, age 37, of 40 Cemetery Road Ringgold, GA was arrested January 01, 2014 for Terroristic Threats and Acts. Grayson was released on $2,500 bond.

Zane Michael Kowalewski, age 18, of 59 Orchard Lane Rossville, GA was arrested January 02, 2014 for Probation Violation for Entering an Auto. No bond has been set. Kowalewski remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Coleman Lee Rockholt, age 25, of 155 Summitt Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested January 02, 2014 for a Fugitive from Justice, Bench Warrant for Driving on Revoked or Suspended License and Failure to Dim Headlights and Hold for Hamilton County, TN Sheriff’s Office. No bond has been set. Rockholt remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Door-To-Door Solicitors Will Need To Acquire Permits In East Ridge
