The Airport Authority Board is set to discuss the purchase of TAC Air at a special called meeting on Wednesday at 2 p.m.
The board will consider "approval of a Resolution expressing preliminary approval of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of acquiring certain leasehold interests in real property to be used for parking by members of the public, for a public use airplane ramp, and for other purposes in connection with the operation of the Airport."
Reported price of the TAC Air property is $7 million.
TAC Air and the airport have been at odds since the airport board built the rival Wilson Air Center several years ago.
It has been losing money since its opening.
