Ralph Lamar Jackson, 65,of Rocky Face, GA, passed away Thursday, October 9, 2014.
He was born in Dalton, GA and was employed at Beaulieu of America for over 30 years.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Florence Jackson; father, Walter Jackson, Sr.; and three brothers, Walter Jackson, Jr., Melvin Jackson and Gary Jackson.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Jackson of Rocky Face; five sons, Randall (Gina) Storey of Calhoun, GA, Terrance Jackson of Indianapolis, IN, Anthony (Jennifer) Jackson, Ralph Jackson, Jr. of Indianapolis, and Brasline (Sabrina) Jackson of Tunnel Hill; two daughters, Rita Hall of Magnolia, DE and Alaina Jackson of Tunnel Hill; 16 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Linda Hammett and Carol Jackson of Dalton; three brothers, Larry (Patrena) Jackson of Birmingham, Ronald (Janie) Jackson and Edward L. (Reba) Jackson of Dalton; two aunts, Fleta Parks and Wilma Parks; father-in-law, Albert Hill, Sr.; two sisters-in-law, Shipley Hill and Melissa (Cameron) Johnson; brother-in-law, Rev. Albert (Jennell) Hill, Jr.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Homegoing Celebration will be held Sunday, October 12, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel with Dr. Jerry D. Jones, Sr. and other ministers officiating.
The Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, October 11 from 6-7 p.m.
