John Tumaua, 44, of Tunnel Hill, GA, passed away Saturday, October 11, 2014 at Emory Hospital in Atlanta, GA.
He was an employee of Shaw Industries for 20 years. He had a love for all sports, was an umpire and officiated baseball, softball, football and basketball games.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Mafi Tumaua.
He is survived by his parents, Damon and Analulu Lokeni Castor; wife, Judy Hall Tumaua; son, Mafi Tumaua; daughter, Jessica Overby; brother, Tony (Erin) Tumaua; sisters, Lisi (Daniel) Reynolds and Olohana Castor; and brother-in-law, Scott Blair.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, October 16, at Benton United Methodist Church with Reverend Betsy Switzer and Reverend Kelvin Shelton officiating. Interment will follow in the Jones Chapel Cemetery, Delano, TN.
The family will receive friends from 5-9 p.m. Wednesday, October 15, at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home in Cleveland, TN.
