  • Friday, October 17, 2014

Attendees have an opportunity to support their favorite football team while getting medical information and free health screenings during Erlanger East’s Tailgating event this Saturday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Erlanger East’s new Center for Breast Health will be open for tours with opportunities to schedule or even have a mammogram done at the same time.

Those wanting a mammogram should bring insurance information to see if it will be covered. Erlanger’s Mobile Heart Van will offer free EKGs and blood pressure checks to monitor cardiac health.  Specialists from Erlanger departments like urology, cancer, orthopedics, surgery, cardiology and primary care along with other local medical professionals and area businesses will also be on site to provide medical and vendor information, free food, prizes and giveaways.

The outdoor event will take place in the parking area of Erlanger East off Gunbarrel Road on the Women’s Services side of the hospital campus.
