CITY ATTORNEY’S OFFICE

c.    A resolution authorizing the Administrator of the Department of Public Works to accept funds from Hamilton County Commissioner Warren Mackey relative to playground lighting improvements at Millikin Park located at 100 West 45th Street, in the amount of $15,000.00.  (District 7)

d.   A resolution authorizing the Administrator for the Department of Public Works to apply for, and if awarded, accept a grant from the Tennessee Stormwater Association for Green Development Project grant relative to the School Partnership for the Water Quality Education, for an amount of $23,500.00, plus $6,500.00 in-kind match, for a total project cost not to exceed $30,000.00.
