A man wanted for a double homicide out of Philadelphia, Pa., was arrested early Tuesday in Bradley County.

Tyheem Melton, 35, had been sought nationwide for the double murder in a Philadelphia bar in 2012.  Melton was originally charged in the deaths on April 6 of that year.

Members of the Bradley County Criminal Investigations Division conducted a traffic stop on I-75 Northbound at the 29 mile marker. Upon interviewing those in the vehicle, it was determined one was wanted on the murders.

After attempting to use a number of aliases, Melton then admitted his correct identity to Bradley authorities.

He was taken into custody and has been booked at the Bradley County Jail for extradition to Pennsylvania.

Troy Wimberly, 38, and Crystal Shadding, 43, were killed around 1:40 a.m. inside the Corral Bar in the 5200 block of Market St. in Philadelphia.
