Regina Sue Totherow, 57, of Dayton, TN, died Wednesday morning, October 22, 2014 at her home.
She was born in Chattanooga on December 25, 1956 the daughter of the late Hardy Thomas Kilgore, Sr. and Ruby Leola (Pickett) Kilgore. Regina had been a resident of Chattanooga until moving to Dayton eight years ago. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She lived her life loving and caring for her husband, children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Stanley Wayne Totherow of Dayton; three sons, Lawrence Alan (Tracie) Totherow of Valley Head, AL, Charles Wayne (Lauri) Totherow of Dayton and Jonathan Thomas (Jennifer) Totherow of Chattanooga; her daughter, Linda Leann Totherow Keur of Dayton; one brother, James Robert (Sharon) Kilgore of Sparta; three sisters, Wanda Joan Forgey of Sparta, Mary Ann (Kittrell) Smith of Chattanooga, Elizabeth Louise Anderson of Sparta and Phyllis Jean (Fred) Graham of Sparta; special niece, Stacie Mae (Jason) Coleman of Jasper; and her beloved 13 grandchildren, Christopher, Sydney, Eli, Caden, Shelby, Ethan, Noah, Abi, Jacob, Logan, Khloe, Brandon and Madison.
Funeral services for Regina will be held Saturday, October 25 at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with her brother-in-law, Kittrell Smith officiating. She will be laid to rest in Rhea Memory Gardens followed by a white dove release.
The family is being served by the Vanderwall Funeral Home where they will receive friends Friday, October 24 from 5-8 p.m.
