Terrence Lebron Bivens Killed On Central Avenue As Chattanooga Shooting Rampage Continues; Rivers, Spralling Were Carousel Road Victims; Smith Was W. 38th Street Victim; Visher And Reece Were Grove Street Victims

One person was shot and killed on Central Avenue early Monday morning as Chattanooga's shooting rampage continues.

Killed was 28-year-old Terrence Lebron Bivens.

At approximately 4:10 a.m., the Chattanooga Police Department responded to a shooting on Central Avenue involving one victim.

The shooting was in the vicinity of 38th Street.

The Hamilton County Medical Examiner's Office was on the scene.

This deadly shooting follows two shootings over the weekend in which two people were shot in each incident.

There was still another shooting on Sunday afternoon at W. 38th Street. The victim has been identified as Kevin LeVerne Smith, 41. Nadia Renee Hatten, 37, was charged with attempted first-degree murder.

At approximately 3:01 p.m. on Sunday, the Chattanooga Police Department responded to 202 W. 38th St. on a person shot. One male victim was suffering from non-life-threatening injuries.

That victim was transported in non-emergency traffic to a local hospital.

Two people were in critical condition after a shooting on Grove Street early Sunday morning. They were identified as Nathan James Reese, 30, and Anthony Dijuan Visher, 20. 

At approximately 3 a.m., the Chattanooga Police Department responded to 1205 Grove Street on a person shot. Two people were each suffering from gunshot wounds. The victims were transported to a local hospital by HCEMS.

Two people were shot Saturday evening on Carousel Road.

At 9:11 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to 1406 Carousel Road on a call of a person shot.

One victim on the scene suffered minor injuries. Another victim was transported by personal vehicle to a local hospital. The second victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries. The victims were Travis Titwell Rivers, 22, and Zachary Kevin Spralling, 21.

The suspect vehicle was burgundy-colored. No other suspect information is available.
