Sandra Polly, 62, of Cleveland; TN, passed away Thursday, October 23, 2014.
Mrs. Polly served as a family service officer with the Tennessee National Guard and also set on local emergency management committees in Hamilton County. She was a licensed EMT with Hwy 58 Fire Department.
Survivors include her husband of 38 years, James Polly of Cleveland; her daughters, Amber Cummings and her husband Shawn of Cleveland, Betty Renee Sneed and her husband Daniel of Trenton, GA and Brenda Kay Polly and Elizabeth Polly both of Cleveland; 12 grandchildren; her brothers, Crandel Haney and his wife Dee of Soddy Daisy, Ralph Haney and his wife Terrie of Rossville and David Haney and his wife Beverly of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews.
A Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted Tuesday, October 28, at 10:30 a.m. at the Wildwood Avenue Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral Homes with LTC “C H” William Holland officiating. Interment will follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery at 12:30 p.m.
The family will receive friends Monday, October 27 from 5-8 p.m. at the Wildwood Avenue Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral Homes who has charge of the arrangements.
