Mary Frances Parks Evans, 86, of Rock Spring, GA, died Wednesday, October 1, 2014.
Mary was born on April 19, 1928 to the late Grover R. Parks and Bertha Tressa Bauer Parks; and was also preceded in death by husband, Raymond Evans.
She was a member of the Center Grove Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Craig (Cheryl) Evans of Dalton, Jeff (Susan) Evans of Seattle, Keith (Toshiko) Evans of Carrolton, MD and Kevin (Sharron) Evans of Rock Spring; sister, Marie Hoyle, Canton, OH; 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Wallis Memorial Chapel Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 2:00 P.Mat 2 p.m. with Pastor David Brown officiating. Mrs. Evans wishes were to be cremated.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, October 4.
