John Bobby Logan, 82, of Jasper, TN, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2014 in a local hospital.
He was born March 26, 1932, the oldest son of Virgil and Willie Mae Collier Logan. He was a member of the Guild First Baptist Church, the Masonic Lodge Olive Branch 297 and the Eastern Star. He was a veteran of the US Navy and was retired from Combustion Engineering.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and grandson, Justin Logan.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy Massengale Logan; daughter, Carolyn (Ed) Guffey; son, Mike Logan; brother, Joseph C. (Shirley) Logan; sister, Dollye (Junior) Griffith; his grandchildren and great- grandchildren, Lindsey Galvan, Jeremy (Brenda) Logan, Christopher (Bethany) Guffey, Jake Logan, Keely, Layce and Lance Bolton and Javen and Jace Logan; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be delivered at the graveside of the McNabb Cemetery on Friday, October 31, at 1 p.m. CDT, with Reverends Lloyd Harvill and Ronnie Smith officiating.
