Willie Baldwin
Willie Baldwin, 86, died on Friday, October 31, 2014 at a local nursing facility.
Willie retired from Rock Tenn after 52 years of service. He served in the United States Army.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Della Baldwin, daughter, Saundra Baldwin Boswell and great-grandson, Cedric L. Baldwin, Jr.
Willie is survived by his four children, Michael (Thelma) Baldwin of Akron, Oh., Johann Baldwin of Chattanooga, Frederick (Pamela) Baldwin of Flintstone; Veronica (Charles) Moffett of Chattanooga; 12 grandchildren; a very devoted granddaughter, Faren Baldwin of Flintstone, 11 great-grandchildren; close friend, Judy Maynor; a host of other family members and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 7, at Chattanooga National Cemetery with Pastor Nathaniel Carter officiating.
The body will lie in state after noon on Thursday, Nov. 6, at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
