Michael Andrew Phillips, 33, of 2104 Lakeshore Drive, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested September 25 on a charge of possession of Schedule II.

 

Justin Aaron Costlow, 21, of 63 Brookdale Lane, Ringgold was arrested September 30 on a charge of simple assault.

 

Nicholas Nigel, 24, of 1527B Happy Valley Road, Rossville was arrested September 25 on a charge of possession of marijuana.

 

Edward Lamar Tanner, 60, of 413 Parklake Road, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested September 25 on a charge of shoplifting.

 

Natasha Nicole Eubanks, 27, of 407 Park Lake Road, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested September 25 on charges of shoplifting and probation violation.

 

Teresa Jean Phillips, 52, of 1504 Lakeshore Drive, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested September 26 on charges of driving while license suspended, driving under the influence of drugs, failure to report upon striking a fixture and failure to maintain lane.

 

Alberto Pedro-Perez, 40, of 3104 Bimini Place #121, East Ridge was arrested September 27 on charges of driving while unlicensed and operating an unregistered vehicle.

 

Joshua Dee Frazier, 30, of 541 West Garden Farm Road, Rossville was arrested September 27 on a probation violation.

 

Brittany Marie Gendoes, 24, of 261 Cloud Springs Road, Rossville was arrested September 28 on charges of driving while unlicensed and failure to obey traffic control device.

 

Justin Tyler Morris, 19, of 124 Hayes Street, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested September 29 for failure to appear.

 

Charles Nicholas Evans, 33, of 250 Janet Drive, Ringgold was arrested September 29 on charges of driving while license suspended and defective tail light.

 

Charles Kevin Cline, 48, of 120 Shore Street, Etowah, TN was arrested September 29 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

 

Justin Aaron Costlow, 21, of 112 Van Cleve Street #7, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested September 29 on charges of obstruction X2.

 

Kevin Eugene Bales, 41, of 129 Bookout Road, Ringgold was arrested September 30 on charges of loitering and prowling and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

 

Michael Anthony Bales, 27, of 518 Mohawk Street, Chickamauga was arrested September 30 on a charge of possession of marijuana.

 

Courtney Michelle Bell, 20, of 4335 Spriggs Street, Chattanooga was arrested September 30 on a charge of possession of marijuana.

 

Tamika Lashay Stalling, 30, of 951 Cook Road, Lafayette was arrested October 1 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

 

Sean Gary Pickens, 42, of 6014 Ibbetson Avenue, Lakewood, CA was arrested October 2 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

 

Damarcus Xavier Mickens, 23, of 4111 Indian Creek Circle, Stone Mountain, GA was arrested October 2 on a charge of financial transaction card fraud.
