Crime Stoppers and the Chattanooga Police Department are seeking information on a theft that occurred at the Bi-Lo on East 23rd St. on Sept. 21.  

Chattanooga Police need the public's help with the identification of the suspect in the pictures.  The victim accidentally left her wallet at a register after purchasing her merchandise.  The suspect was seen taking the victim’s wallet and leaving the store.  The suspect is a heavy-set black female wearing a white shirt and was with a heavy-set black male in an electric wheelchair.
