Funeral Is Thursday For Cleveland Girl, 17, Killed In Sale Creek Wreck

Funeral services will be Thursday for Haley Howard, 17, of Cleveland, Tn., who died on Saturday in a wreck in Sale Creek.

She was a senior at Bradley Central High School where she made the Honor Roll.

Family members said, "She enjoyed making people happy and she loved the outdoors including fishing. Haley was a special daughter, sister and friend and she was a Christian."

Survivors include her mother, Christy McIntyre and her husband David; her father, Casey Howard and his wife Ashley all of Cleveland; her sister, Tori Howard; her brother, Darwyn Howard both of Cleveland; her maternal grandparents, Rita Farris and Perry Farris and his wife Becky; her paternal grandparents, Donnie and Kim Howard all of Cleveland; her step-sister, Torrie McIntyre; her step-brother, Taylor McIntyre all of Cleveland; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. from the North Ocoee Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Pastor Choy Lamb and Pastor Jeremy Sneed officiating. Interment will follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens with Casey Howard, Darwyn Howard, Jerry McDowell, Glen Wolters, Brian Farris, Taylor McIntyre, Jeff Howard and Paul Chesley serving as casket bearers.
