Annalia Grace Fowler, infant daughter Abby Back and Zachary Fowler, died on Friday, November 14, 2014 at Skyridge Medical Center.
In addition to her parents, Annalia is survived by grandparents, Lori Back, Jeff Back, Eva & Ron Weir and Jr. & Sherry Fowler; and numerous other extended family members.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 19 from 2-3:30 p.m. in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown Road. The funeral service will begin at 3:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with interment to follow in the Dill Cemetery.
