Mary Virginia Culvahouse, 86, of Ten Mile, TN, died on Saturday November 15, 2014.
She was a member of Ten Mile Methodist Church. Mary loved caring for others and always put them before herself. She was a registered nurse and spent much of life giving to others on medical mission trips.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alexander and Madeline (King) Ferguson;
her husband, Dr. Bruce Culvahouse MDFACS; several brothers and sisters; and daughter, Cynthia Roy.
She is survived by her son, Bruce M. Culvahouse Jr. and his wife Jamie, of Amarillo, TX; daughter, Debra Culvahouse, of Ten Mile; and granddaughter, Celena Atwood and her husband Joseph, of Antioch, TN.
Interment will be in Mountain View Memorial Gardens. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, November 20, with Rev. Hugh Bryan officiating.
