Adailyn Grace Gentry, infant daughter of Rocky and Erica Gentry of Cleveland, TN, died on Tuesday, November 18, 2014.
Adailyn was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, D.A. & Winona Taylor, Charles Dow & Annie Gentry, Marvin & Inga Mickel and Hobert Lambert; and one uncle, Mark Lambert.
She is survived by her mother, Erica Lambert Gentry; father, Rocky Gentry; one sister, Haylyn Helms; maternal grandparents, Tim & Janice Lambert; paternal grandparents, Dowless & Brenda Gentry; several aunts and uncles; and numerous other extended family members.
A celebration of her life is planned for Friday, November 21 at 3:30 p.m. in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown Road NW in Cleveland, TN. Interment will follow in the Tasso United Methodist Cemetery.
The family will receive friends in the chapel on Friday, November 21 from 2-3:30 p.m.
