Virginia College Hosts Holiday Open House Dec. 6

Virginia College in Chattanooga will host a free Holiday Friends and Family Open House for staff, faculty, students and their families on Saturday, Dec. 6, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., to be held at the campus located at 721 Eastgate Loop Road. Attendees will learn about the educational opportunities available to Chattanooga-area students at Virginia College.

Various planned activities will provide free fun for the whole family including a holiday craft-making area for children, ornament decorating, face painting, pictures with Santa, holiday manicures and pedicures, refreshments and free giveaways. Medical Assistants will be available to take vital signs and perform free blood pressure checks and medical screenings for guests as well. Attendees will also be able to tour the campus, see demonstrations in all functional areas and receive information about programs offered.

This event is part of a nationwide effort taking place on Virginia College’s 27 campus locations across 11 states to support those in need during the holiday season.
