Phillip Larry Henry, Jr., 46, of Cleveland, TN, passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at his home.
He attended Union Baptist Church and was employed with Shaw Industries.
Survivors include his wife, Katrina Henry of Cleveland; father, Phillip Larry Henry, Sr. of Murfreesboro; children, Phillip L. Henry, III, Jennifer Nicole Henry, Hannah Henry and Anna Henry all of Cleveland; brothers, John Edward Henry and Jeffery Waugh both of Cleveland; sisters, Sandra Nelms of Etowah and Ana Morales of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, November 30 in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery.
His family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. Sunday, November 30 at the Fike Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements.
