Jimmy “J.D.” Barrett, 75, of LaFayette, GA, died Tuesday, October 28, 2014 in Largo, FL.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Viola “VI” Silvers Barrett.
Mr. Barrett is survived by his daughter, Lynn; and a brother, Ray Jones.
Funeral from the Wallis Memorial Chapel will be Thursday, November 6, at 2 p.m. with Rev. George Palmer officiating. Interment will follow in LaFayette Cemetery.
Family will receive friends Wednesday, November 5 from 5-7 p.m. at Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, who is in charge of the arrangements.
