Margaret Ann Barbare, 70, of Lafayette, Georgia, died on Saturday, December 13, 2014, at Hutcheson Medical Center.
Mrs. Barbare was born May 21, 1944, in Summerville, Ga., the daughter of the late John D. and Margie Ree Spears Reynolds. She was a homemaker, member of the Berryton Church of God, and was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Barbare, and a son, Kim Barbare.
Survivors include her children, Shane Barbare, Patricia and Jody Gilreath, special niece and husband, Sheila and Wade Young, brother, Doug Reynolds, sisters, Darlene Bramlette, Mildred Lewis, grandchildren, Breanna Gilreath, C.J. Barbare, Stephen Barbare, Alex Barbare.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 15, at the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Steven Spears officiating, with interment in the Ridgeway Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Ricky Sims, Phillip Ward, Richard Wooten, Preston Barbare, Tyler Bramlette, Wade Young.
Mrs. Barbare will be in state at the Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends on Monday from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour.
