Ward, Elizabeth Fox

Elizabeth Fox Ward, 101, of Chattanooga, died on Saturday, December 13, 2014.

A lifelong resident of Chattanooga, she was a member of St. Mark’s United Methodist Church and retired from Signal Knitting Mills. She was a member of NARFE, OES and Moccasin Bend Chapter of DAR. 

She was the widow of Edward “Ned” Ward and also preceded in death by her brother, Wilfred Fox.

Survivors are her nephews, Winfred Fox, Randy Fox, David Fox and Richard Pickert. 

Visitation is from 12-1 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 18, followed by funeral services at 1 p.m. in the chapel. Burial is in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
