Fort Oglethorpe Arrest Report For Dec. 5-11

Here is the Fort Oglethorpe arrest report for Dec. 5-11:

Zachary Lee Kinsey, 25, of 106 Battlefield Lane, Ringgold was arrested December 4 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, failure to obey a traffic control device and possession of marijuana. 

Rita Ann McDonald, 50, of 806 South Moore Road, Chattanooga was arrested December 4 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, improper backing and driving while license suspended/revoked.

Roger Larry Stennett, 44, of 2 East Wotring Street, Rossville was arrested December 4 on a charge of shoplifting.

Joseph Bernard Mathis, 60, of 1910 Oak Street, Chattanooga was arrested December 4 on charges of public drunk and theft by shoplifting.

Eva Lois Jones, 26, of 3619 Juniper Street, Chattanooga was arrested December 5 on charges of driving while license suspended and expired registration.

James Calvin Willbanks, 22, of 311 West Lake Avenue, Rossville was arrested December 5 on fugitive warrants.

Preston Ben Dworkin, 22, of 972 West Circle Drive, Rossville was arrested December 5 on a probation violation.

April Denise Judd, 29, of 710 Red Bud Avenue, Rossville was arrested December 5 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Kimberlee Ann Okwudibonye, 40, of 1830 Fant Drive, Apt. S-14, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested December 6 on charges of driving while license suspended and seatbelt violation.

Brian Todd Myrick, 25, of 246 Avenue of the Oaks, Rock Springs was arrested December 7 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to obey a traffic control device and expired registration.

Misty Lynn Watkins, 36, of 195 Cherry Street, Rossville was arrested December 8 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs and following too closely.

Andrea Gervaise Battle, 49, of 1817 North Chamberlain Avenue, Chattanooga was arrested December 8 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Austin Ryan Taylor, 20, of 408 State Line Road, Rossville was arrested December 9 on a charge of giving false name/information to police.

Tamara Nicole Maye, 26, of 178 Brentwood Drive, Rossville was arrested December 9 on a probation violation.

Brooke Anne Howland,l 39, of 435 Hiawatha Circle, Chickamauga was arrested December 9 on charges of violation of Georgia’s controlled substance act, drugs not in original container and theft by shoplifting.

Ashley Ann Teeters, 23, of 818 Burnt Mill Road, Flintstone was arrested December 11 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Samantha Leeanne Bolen, 22, of 415 Condra Drive, Ringgold was arrested December 11 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.
