BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee brings its Blue of Tennessee mobile consumer information center to Chattanooga for a week long stop in the East Brainerd area starting Dec. 5.
The BlueCross center will be located at Erlanger East Campus, 1614 Gunbarrel Road, on Dec.5-6 and Dec.8-12 during its first Chattanooga visit. Hours are: Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9 a.m.-6 p.m.; Tuesday & Thursday from 9 a.m.-7 p.m.; and Saturday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
BlueCross members as well as those who are seeking health insurance coverage can take advantage of the center’s many services delivered by highly trained and bilingual insurance advisers. Services range from helping individuals understand their insurance options and determining financial assistance to finding a doctor and ordering member ID cards.
