Carol Devota "Bodie" Brewer, 68, of Pikeville, died on Saturday, December 6, 2014.
Bodie was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Brewer; parents, John H. and Evelyn Brown Smith; sisters, Carolyn Reed and Judy Cummings; sister-in-law, Brenda Smith; special friend, Alf Rogers; and niece, Diane Reed Freeman.
Survivors include brothers, Ridley (Martha) Smith; Jerry Smith; Ronnie (Nancy) Smith; Richard (Becky) Smith; sisters, Mable Ann Craig; Linda Smith, all of Pikeville; brothers-in-law, J.L. Reed, Pikeville; Bill Cummings, N.C.; several nieces, nephews, and special friends.
Services will be on Tuesday, Dec. 9, at 1 p.m. CSTin the funeral home chapel with Reverend Jimmy Williams officiating. Burial will be in Beach Cemetery.
