Warren Buffett Authority To Speak At Southern Monday

The 43rd annual E.A. Anderson Lecture Series put on by Southern’s School of Business and Management, will be hosting a presentation by Robert Miles Monday at 7 p.m. in Brock Hall, room 3205. His talk is titled “The Genius of Warren Buffett: The Science of Investing and the Art of Managing.” 

Mr. Miles is an internationally acclaimed keynote presenter and distinguished authority on Warren Buffett and Berkshire Hathaway. He is the author of three books, and has appeared internationally on many television programs.

GPS Takes Best Delegation And Runner-Up Delegation At Model UN Conference

Chattanooga State Boosts LaPaz Food Drive

Students, faculty and staff banded together in support of the annual food drive to La Paz Chattanooga. A total of 41 boxes of food were collected, packed and delivered on Monday in time for Thanksgiving. According to Dr. Katheryn Thompson, Spanish Club advisor, “It was the most boxes we ever have been able to deliver and it was all due to the support of our students and campus community.” ... Randall Lockhart Remains In Critical Condition After Fire That Took The Life Of His Wife, Candy

The man rescued by firefighters from Wednesday’s fatal fire at 220 Houser St. remains in critical condition today in the burn unit at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center . He has been identified as Randall Lockhart, 41. His wife, Candy, succumbed to her severe injuries a few hours after she was pulled out of the burning house. The couple’s three children escaped ...
