Christ UMC Hosts Program For Women Feb. 22

A program for Women at Christ United Methodist Church, 8645 East Brainerd Road, "Dressing for the Seasons of your Life" will be Saturday, Feb. 22 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Commons. Certified Christian image consultant Donna Roland will be showing ways to Discover your best colors, Dress your body shape and Design your closet. A salad luncheon provided by the ladies of Christ UMC will be served. Tickets are $15 and will go on sale Jan. 26 at the church information desks on Sundays and in the church office during the week.

A three-part course, "Knowing, Loving and Serving God Class" will begin Sunday, Feb. 23. You will learn 15 core traits of a deeply committed Christian. The Do Drop In Class, especially designed for newcomers to Sunday School, will begin this study Sunday, Feb. 23, at 8:30 in M-1. Contact Judy Driggans for more information 485-9042.

The Ladies Supper Club will be meeting Tuesday, March 4 at 6 p.m. at Macaroni Grill on Gunbarrel Road. Please call Ann Boleman to make a reservation at 855-8701. The Ladies Supper Club was formed to encourage single women who are age 50+ to make and build strong friendships. The group meets on the first Tuesday of each month. Reservations are required each month.


St. Timothy's Hosts Family Mission Camp

Cleveland City Council To Hold Special Meeting On Naming New City Judge

The Cleveland City Council will hold a special called meeting next Monday to consider an interim appointment of a city judge.
