Perry Perkins Will Be A Benefit To All Hamilton County

For some reason, my friend Perry Perkins has decided to enter politics. I have know Perry for over 40 years. We started out coaching at the Harrison Rec. fast-pitch softball league. Since that time I have known Perry to be always involved helping out.  He has over the years been a friend and supporter of law enforcement, numerous charities and his community.  

When I first heard that Perry was going to seek a seat on the County Council I asked why. The truth is, I already knew; he cares and wants to help make changes that will benefit his community and the citizens of Hamilton County. That is how Perry Perkins has always been.  He takes care of his family and is always ready to help others.  

If Perry was not a friend I would vote for him based on the person he is. Perry Perkins will be a benefit to all of Hamilton County.

Valerie Bray Pleads Guilty In Death Of Well-Known Runner Cameron Bean

A long-time Moccasin Bend Hospital employee pleaded guilty on Tuesday morning in connection with the death of well-known runner Cameron Bean. Officer Who Was Shot Returned Fire; Is Recovering Well; Shooter Still On Loose

Chattanooga Police Chief Fred Fletcher said Monday morning that the officer who was shot three times on Thursday is recovering well.   Chief Fletcher said the officer was wearing a bullet-proof vest and one bullet hit the vest, which protected him during the shooting.  The officer was able to return fire, although Chief Fletcher would not comment on how many bullets ...
