Man With Prior Attempted Murder Charged In Bledsoe County Slaying

A man with a prior conviction for attempted murder has been charged with the killing of a co-worker in Bledsoe County. Authorities said Casey Lee Anderson, 32, was building a new home on Humble Cemetery Road with the victim. A Soddy-Daisy man was charged with the theft of over $20,000 after police found him and matched muddy footprints to a pair of his shoes. Police were initially contacted when a man discovered his home had been broken into by someone forcing a side door open.
