Red Bank Council Offers Scholarship For Chamber Membership

  • Tuesday, February 18, 2014

The Chattanooga Chamber’s Red Bank Council is teaming up with Life Care Center of Red Bank to provide scholarships to cover Chamber membership for three small businesses in the area.

To be eligible for the scholarship, businesses must be owned and operated in the Red Bank area and have eight or fewer full-time employees.

Each selected business will be responsible for $60 of the first year’s dues, and the scholarship program will subsidize the remaining cost of Chamber membership dues for the selected businesses.

Recipients must agree to attend Red Bank Council meetings and a Chamber new member orientation, as well as to maintain Chamber membership for a second consecutive year at their own expense.

To nominate a candidate, contact Red Bank Council President Mike Congdon. Self nominations are accepted. Applications and nominations are due by Feb. 28.
