Woman Shot Monday In Her Home Doesn't Know Who Shot Her

A woman was shot in the hip early Monday morning.  Chattanooga Police officers responded to the scene at 5606 Pine Lawn Ave. where they spoke with the victim, Chenika Toney, 37, who was at her home when she suffered the gunshot wound. 

Ms. Toney did not know who shot her. 

She was transported to a local hospital for a non-life threatening gunshot wound.  

There is no suspect information at this time.  Anyone with information on this case is asked to call the Chattanooga Police Department at 698-2525 or Crime Stoppers at 698-3333.
