Community Meetings On Horseback Riding Trails Are March 10 and 14

Community input meetings on proposed horseback riding trails at Enterprise South Nature Park will be held Monday, March 10, at 6 p.m. and Friday, March 14, at 10 a.m.

The meetings will be held at Enterprise South Nature Park Visitor’s Center, 8015 Volkswagen Dr.

The public is invited to attend either meeting to discuss planning and design.

Completed Application Required For Hunting And Fishing Guide Licenses Beginning In 2017-18

Tennessee sportsmen and non-residents, who work as hunting and fishing guides in the state, will now have to complete an application for their licenses beginning with the 2017-18 license year. Man, Child Killed In Crash On Highway 136 In Walker County; 2nd Child Seriously Injured

  A man and an unrestrained five-year-old child were killed when a vehicle went out of control on Highway 136 in Walker County on Saturday. A 10-year-old in the car was seriously injured.
