Lesli Washington is the winner of tickets to Tyler Perry’s new stage play, "Hell Hath No Fury Like A Woman Scorned," from Chattanoogan.com this weekend. Ms. Washington is a school bus driver, and her husband is a pastor.
There were 244 entries.
The play is coming to Chattanooga’s Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Auditorium for one performance on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
It is described as "the bizarre story of Anita (Cheryl "Pepsii" Riley) a lonely woman who meets a man in a manner that is becoming more popular these days. He treats her like a Nubian Queen when they first meet. However, Grandma Hattie (Patrice Lovely) and Anita's best friend, Jasmine (Monica Blaire) have their reservations about him and so when things changed, they really changed. Well, the rest of the events are unpredictable and entertaining.
"Tyler Perry’s new production is remarkable, presenting another array of new cast members. The exceptional acting and outstanding singing will amaze audiences in the high and low moments. Cast member Cheryl “Pepsii” Riley is a familiar favorite from several past Tyler Perry productions. Patrice Lovely is seen on "Love Thy Neighbor" weekly on the OWN Network. Completing this artistic cast roster is some of the best talent you will find. Ray Lavendar (Victor); Zebulon Ellis (Reverend); Muhammed Ayers (Randy); Candice Pye (Mona) and Olrick Johnson (Detective Larry)."
Tickets are available at the Auditorium box office, by phone at (423) 642-TIXS or online at www.chattanoogaonstage.com.
