Robert Hensley Charged With Attempted Criminal Homicide

Detectives with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office have arrested Robert “Eddy” Hensley, 61, and charged him with attempted criminal homicide in the shooting of Ronald Lee Burchard, 9627 Miller Country Road, on Saturday.

Hensley was arrested Wednesday at his home on Reynolds Road, Soddy Daisy, and booked into the Hamilton County Jail. 

The victim remains in an area hospital where he is receiving medical treatment for a single gunshot wound to the head.
