Chattanooga FC 2004 Girls Win Vulcan Cup

The Chattanooga F.C. Academy 2004 Girls won the 2014 Vulcan Cup Soccer Tournament U10 Silver Divsion this past weekend in Birmingham.

The CFCA Girls lost their opener to BUSA 04 Elite North Blue, 2-1, but won the next two matches to reach the championship game. Chattanooga defeated Attack 04 Black (7-0) and EYSA Lady Fusion 04 Select (4-0).

In the title game against USC 04, Chattanooga scored the winning goal with seven minutes remaining for a 1-0 victory. 

Goal scorers for the weekend were Ana Silva (4), Morgan Hughes (1), Zoe Stalvey (3), Camilla Mook (1), Madeline Lee (1), Bailie Dull (1).  Samantha Helton (1) Madeline Lee (1). Gracen Brewster was a standout in goal with three shutouts. 

The CFCA 04 Girls have won the three championships this season and one second place finish.
