Wind Symphony Concert Features Latino Composers And Latin Inspired Music

Southern Adventist University’s Wind Symphony, under the direction of Ken Parsons, presents "Latin Winds."  

The concert will include various Latino pieces including José Pablo Moncayo’s “Huapango,” Randall Stroope’s “Amor di mi alma,” H. Owen Reed’s “La Fiesta Mexicana,” and Alberto Ginastera’s “Danza Final from Estancia.”  

The concert takes place on March 30 at 7:30 p.m. in the Collegedale Church of Seventh-day Adventists.

Federal Judge Stops Erlanger Foreclosure Of Hutcheson Hospital

In a ruling Friday, a Federal Court Judge in Rome agreed with Hutcheson Medical Center and Regions Bank to grant the request for an injunction, effectively stopping the foreclosure efforts of Erlanger Health System against Hutcheson.
