Soddy Daisy, Baylor Post Tennis Wins

The Soddy Daisy Trojans opened the tennis season on a strong note with 9-0 (girls) and 7-2 (boys) wins against region foe and host Bradley Central.

At Baylor - in a match of defending champion girls teams, Baylor defeated Chattanooga Christian, 9-0, as did the Baylor boys against CCS. Baylor is three-time defending D-II champs, while CCS won the D-I A-AA girls title last spring.

1 singles in the girls match as Soddy Daisy's Olivia Crawley edged the Bears' Katrina Saskova, 8-5.
