Steve Wright Arrested On Drug And Firearm Charges

Detectives with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics and Special Operations Division executed a search warrant on Wednesday, at the home of Steve Wright at 10311 Arnat Drive on Mowbray Mountain.  

When detectives entered the home and located Wright, he was found to be in possession of a loaded .38 Caliber handgun. The search also yielded approximately 5½ pounds of high grade marijuana, money and three additional loaded handguns and one long gun.

Wright was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony.  He has been transported to the Hamilton County Jail.

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the U.S. Postal Service and the Soddy Daisy Police Department.
